Agreement to these terms

If you use WebGlazer on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting onboarding details.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with other users.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, data, or connected systems.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or overload the platform except as permitted by law.
- Do not use the service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

Service changes and availability
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.
Maintenance, outages, third-party service failures, or security events may affect availability.
Fees and subscriptions
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Billing terms, plan limits, renewal timing, and cancellation rules may be described in your order, checkout flow, or separate commercial agreement.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of access.
Intellectual property
WebGlazer and its related branding, software, interfaces, content, and materials are owned by WebGlazer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your internal business use.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit to the service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve WebGlazer.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions for the content you provide.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as available and as is basis, except to the extent prohibited by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebGlazer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued access could create legal or operational harm.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.
