Support

Getting your first report, reading the numbers, and help from the team.

Your first run starts as soon as you finish onboarding. The engines come back over about four to six minutes, and the Overview shows each one's status with an ETA while they land, so you're not staring at empty boxes. After that it re-runs daily on its own.
The dashboard has a built-in assistant that reads your own data, so you can ask things like "why is my share of voice 5.6%?" and get an answer tied to what's on the screen. On agency engagements we go further and walk through it with you.
Yes. If you're running multiple brands or client workspaces, we'll help you structure the rollout so the reporting stays clean instead of turning into a mess.

Account

Plans, what's in each one, and managing your workspace.

It depends on the plan. Starter runs 50 prompts, Pro 150, and Advanced 250, each re-checked daily to build a trend.
Yes. You can edit your brand profile in settings. For a bigger change, like switching to a different brand entirely, it's usually cleaner to start a new workspace so your history stays intact.
Tracking stops, but your history isn't wiped the moment you leave. If you're planning to pause, tell us and we'll help you keep the reporting you still need.

Features

What the dashboard tracks today and how it works.

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews, Copilot, and Bing, each broken out on its own and re-run every day. We lead with ChatGPT and Perplexity because that's where most of the demand is.
Yes. WebGlazer finds your competitor set on its own from the answers, with no manual list, and shows the URLs each engine cited plus the real answers behind every number.
Your visibility and share of voice with a leaderboard, the competitor set, citations, sentiment and themes, a per-engine breakdown, and the actual answers behind the data so you can check any number yourself.

Security

How your data is handled inside the product.

Access is scoped to your workspace and used to run the service you signed up for, nothing more. We're not reaching into your internal systems.
We store the prompts and reporting context needed to run your monitoring. It isn't a place for passwords or confidential documents, so keep those out of the workspace.
Yes. If you need your reporting history outside the dashboard, we support export so you're not locked in.

Other

Who it's for, the agency side, and what's coming next.

Agencies and e-commerce brands that want to see and improve how AI assistants describe and recommend them. If AI answers shape who your customers buy from, that's the gap we cover. It isn't built for local businesses.
Both. You can run the dashboard yourself, or take an agency engagement where we work out why you trail competitors and hand your team a plan to fix it.
The action layer on top of the tracking: a single health score, a clear gap-versus-competitor view, a ranked list of what to fix, and trend over time. The daily runs already feed part of that.
