Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how WebGlazer collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, request a report, or use our products and services.

By using WebGlazer, you agree to the practices described on this page. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the service.

02

Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to operate, secure, and improve the service.

  • Contact details such as your name, business name, email address, and any information you submit through forms.
  • Account details such as login credentials, workspace settings, onboarding responses, and organization metadata.
  • Usage data such as pages viewed, actions taken in the product, device type, browser type, and approximate location based on IP.
  • Business data you provide, including domains, prompts, brand details, visibility data, and other materials submitted for analysis.
03

How we use information

  • Provide reports, dashboards, onboarding flows, and customer support.
  • Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Analyze performance, fix bugs, and improve product reliability.
  • Communicate service updates, legal notices, and important account messages.
  • Send marketing communications where allowed by law and where you have not opted out.
04

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the platform, process authentication, store data, send communications, and operate infrastructure.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect users and our business, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

05

How we store your data

WebGlazer stores customer data in Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud-hosted database operated by Google LLC and hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Each user's data is stored under a unique account identifier, ensuring that one customer's data is isolated from all others at the database level.

Authentication data is managed by Firebase Authentication. AI scan results, prompt tracking data, visibility scores, and report files are stored in Firestore under tenant-scoped document paths. Backups are handled by Google Cloud's built-in redundancy and point-in-time recovery features.

06

Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you close your account, we may delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, backup, or legitimate business purposes.

07

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

08

Your choices

  • You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@webglazer.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests are subject to applicable law and may not include data we are required to retain for legal, security, or financial compliance purposes.
  • You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
  • You can limit certain browser-level tracking using your browser or device controls.
